HOW IT BEGAN

Clean Supreme had its humble beginnings when I was newly single mum of two babies and a dog found I found myself in a challenging situation. When my dog needed expensive medication, I realized the difficulty of securing flexible employment while in such a vulnerable position. One day, I noticed a request for help on a Facebook community board from a lady who needed assistance in managing her home. I raised my hand, and it wasn't long before others reached out, asking for assistance with their Airbnb cleaning needs during peak holiday periods. This demanding work was both fulfilling and appreciated, laying the foundation for what was to come.

With over 15 years of experience working in various professional settings, hotels and property management roles, it became evident to me that effective communication with our cleaners was often lacking. They worked diligently, but without clear direction, proper transparency, documentation and coordination, efficiency, staff morale & client satisfaction suffered. This experience raised the question of why this was the case.

Drawing from a wealth of knowledge gained from both sides of the equation, I  envisioned a better way.

As the demand for Jess Will Clean It grew from word of mouth, the primary challenge then became finding dedicated individuals who shared the same commitment to service excellence and genuinely aimed to make a positive impact. Developing a knack for identifying such individuals, the reward soon transformed into an opportunity and a deeper purpose: to uplift others on their own journeys.

When others joined the team, Jess Will Clean It evolved with a renewed mission – to help more people. Thus, Clean Supreme Property Services was born, creating a business that supports compassionate and diverse members of our community who share the same values, attention to detail and appreciate the opportunity to grow together with your home and help others.

As a team, we are passionate about helping improve the lives of people around us. Cleaning is only part of our job, giving is our love language and striving for more is our mission because we know that its the tiniest of details that make the biggest difference in someone's life - and its those things we will never lose sight of.
